Information Collected by our Contact Forms

This information is collected for the purpose of contacting users with a view to responding to their queries. The information collected in this way is used for no purpose other than this.

Statistical Information about Traffic to our Site

We use statistics software to track user traffic patterns throughout our site. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. We do break down overall usage statistics according to where users linked to us from, and about their browser type, by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user’s browser).

We also track and catalogue the search terms that users enter in our Search function, but this tracking is never associated with individual users.

We use the information to determine which areas of our sites users like and don’t like based on traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you.

We use any information voluntarily given by our users only for the express purpose for which that information was intended and for that purpose only.

Sharing of Information

We use the above described information to tailor our content to suit your needs, to provide information users request about our services and to provide support to our users and subscribers. We do not and will not ever share information about individual users with any third party, except where we are required to do so to comply with any applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of our users or the public.
